Format) is a system which
allows capture devices (such
as a digital camera) to define
what captured images are
printed on compatible print
devices. It is a set of text
files in a special directory
on a digital cameras storage
card, these files define
what images are printed,
how many copies of each image,
if any information is to
be overlaid on the image.
This is usually implemented
through a menu option in
the digital camera's playback
mode, it allows tagging of
images for printing along
with other details such as
number of copies.
The PC CAM 880 does support this DPOF format.
Should I be having any
concerns about putting my
digital camera through the
X-Ray machines at the airport?
